The first Pool Competition was organised due to large interest of young players. The cup was donated by Bharat N Chauhan in memory of his father (Narottambhai Chauhan) and mother (Ghangaben Chauhan).

The competition has been and continues to be a great success with a lot of young members attending,  entering into the local Leicestershire Pool League.
